Vittorio Veneto is located in the middle of the Prosecco region with its beautiful hills. The medieval center with its charming square steals the show. The Meschio flows right through the center, which also produces beautiful pictures.
The town was created in 1866 by a merger of Serravalle and Ceneda. In Roman times, Serravalle was an important castrum. The new city was named after the king at that time: Victorio Emanuel II. Serravalle is the most interesting part, Ceneda is the modern part with activity.
