Video column: Ferrari's success

Ferrari is doing well. The imaginative car brand from Maranello is setting record after record. And we're not just talking about the results from Formula 1. Compared to last year, profit in the first quarter of this year increased by no less than 40%. Ferrari is in the outside category, which does not seem to be affected by any financial crisis, on the contrary. How do they do that? Italy correspondent Maarten Veeger went to investigate.

Ferrari not only offers a boyhood dream for wealthy buyers, but also ensures that it keeps its employees happy. A working environment with a lot of attention for light, greenery in the form of plants on the factory floor and a lot of personal attention for the people who work there. Ferrari has been rated as one of the best places to work in Europe in the past. Maarten Veeger went to Maranello in search of the 'Formula Uomo'.
