How is Sanremo 2017 going?

In addition, there are also newcomers who can participate. A select group that also has a chance to win the much sought-after first prize. The first few days there is a pre-selection, if you only want to see the final, it's enough to watch Saturday 11 February. There are two juries, one public jury and a jury of experts. The winner of the Sanremo Festival will be honored to represent Italy in the Eurovision Song Contest.

On the first evening, Tiziano Ferro and Carmen Consoli will sing the duet they recently released. On Saturday 11 February, Robbie Williams is reportedly also making his appearance at the Italian song festival. The evenings are presented by the well-known TV host Carlo Conti (the Italian Matthijs van Nieuwkerk), who cashes out 650.000 euros of tax money.
