Video column: Andrea Berton, top chef in a 5-star hotel

Andrea Berton is chef at the prestigious Casta Diva hotel on Lake Como. He and his dedicated team cook amazing food. And he has 2 to his name. Michelin's, that is. He explains to Italy correspondent Maarten Veeger that a good chef is much more than someone who can cook well.

"You're born a chef," Berton explains. 'That's you.' It turns out it's all about details, synchronism and management skills. And, how could it be otherwise, pizzas also seem to play an important role. Andrea Berton tells you in this video how you can discover in your childhood whether there is a top chef in you.
