Andrea Berton is chef at the prestigious Casta Diva hotel on Lake Como. He and his dedicated team cook amazing food. And he has 2 to his name. Michelin's, that is. He explains to Italy correspondent Maarten Veeger that a good chef is much more than someone who can cook well.
"You're born a chef," Berton explains. 'That's you.' It turns out it's all about details, synchronism and management skills.
